MIR Property Services provides residential and commercial property services including, but not limited to:

Apartment turnover cleanup

Pressure washing

Junk removal
-
General property maintenance and cleanup services
Services may vary depending on project scope, site conditions, weather, accessibility, safety requirements, and equipment availability.

Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by MIR Property Services are based on the information available at the time of inspection, communication, or site review.
Final pricing may change due to:

Additional labor requirements
-
Unexpected site conditions
-
Excessive debris or material volume
-
Hazardous or restricted materials
-
Client-requested changes
-
Delays or extended project duration
-
Limited property access
Clients will be notified of significant pricing adjustments before additional work is completed whenever reasonably possible.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash

-
Cash App

Other approved payment methods
For larger projects, deposits or progress payments may be required.
Late, refused, or unpaid balances may result in:

Additional fees

Suspension of ongoing work

Refusal of future service

Collection efforts when necessary

Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and safe access to the property.
MIR Property Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

Weather conditions
-
Equipment failure or maintenance
-
Unsafe work environments
-
Emergency scheduling conflicts
-
Conditions outside of reasonable operational control
Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Property Access & Safety
Clients must ensure that all work areas are reasonably accessible and safe before service begins.
MIR Property Services reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services if:

Unsafe conditions exist

Hazardous materials are present
-
Aggressive animals are on-site
-
Illegal activity is occurring
-
Structural or environmental dangers are identified
-
Utilities or site conditions create safety concerns

Liability
MIR Property Services will exercise reasonable care while performing services.
However, MIR Property Services is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Hidden structural or property defects
-
Damage caused by unstable surfaces or unsafe conditions
-
Improperly secured items
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Staining, oxidation, or deterioration revealed during cleaning

Delays caused by weather, suppliers, traffic, or events beyond our control
Clients are responsible for informing MIR Property Services of any fragile surfaces, special materials, underground utilities, sensitive areas, or known property concerns prior to service.

Junk Removal Restrictions
MIR Property Services may refuse removal of:

Hazardous waste

Chemicals
-
Paints or solvents
-
Biohazard materials
-
Illegal materials
-
Explosives, firearms, or weapons

Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law
Additional disposal fees may apply depending on material type, weight, landfill charges, or disposal requirements.

By contacting MIR Property Services through phone, email, website forms, or social media, clients consent to communication regarding:

Scheduling

Service updates

Invoices

Follow-up communication
MIR Property Services does not sell or intentionally share client information with third parties except when required by law or necessary to complete requested services.

If concerns arise regarding completed work, clients are encouraged to contact MIR Property Services promptly so reasonable efforts can be made to address the issue.
